Arsenal hold talks with Euro giants who are prepared to sign star forward for €4m, agent expected to join negotiations
Fenerbahce are plotting a move for the Costa Rica international forward Joel Campbell.
Turkish outlet Takvim have stated that Fenerbahce are back in the race for the Arsenal forward.
The Yellow Canaries have been linked with a move for Campbell for the past three seasons.
Campbell has spent this season out on loan at the Portuguese club Sporting.
However, Takvim claim that Arsenal do not want to loan Campbell out for another season and want to sell him instead.
According to the report, Fenerbahce have set aside €4 million for the Costa Rica international.
The 24-year-old will have just 12 months remaining on his contract with the Gunners this summer.

The versatile forward has spent time on loan at Olympiakos, Villarreal, Lorient and Real Betis in recent years.
Campbell has four goals to his name after 26 appearances for Sporting Lisbon this season.
