Kjaer has been in great form for Fenerbahce despite his side underperforming this season.
The Denmark international’s form has attracted interest from Liverpool.
Turkish-Football have reported that the Reds have been scouting Kjaer this season.
Turkish sports newspaper Fanatik claim that the Canaries are prepared to accept £10 million for their star man at the end of the season.
Kjaer was named in the Europa League team of the group stages and has been arguably the Canaries best performing player this season.
The Istanbul giants closed the gap with 2nd placed Basaksehir to just four points following the win.
