Arsenal fans delivered good & bad news regarding Mesut Ozil & Alexis Sanchez, from Sol Campbell

Arsenal duo Mesut Ozil and Alexis Sanchez both face an uncertain future at the club.

The star duo will have just 12 months remaining on their contract at the end of the season.

Sol Campbell has revealed delivered Gunners fans some good and bad news regarding the future of the Arsenal pair.

Campbell believes that Ozil is likely to stay but feels Sanchez will leave at the end of the season.

Campbell told BetStars [as quoted by the Daily Star]: “I’d like to see them both stay at Arsenal but obviously, the contract talks have stalled.

“It’s big money and that type of money takes a long time. I think Ozil will probably sign if the contract is right.

“It’s getting increasingly nervy with Sanchez. There will be big money on the table for him to leave Arsenal because he’s excellent.

“He will probably feel like it’s taken them too long to come to an agreement, so it’s a real possibility that he could go.”

Campbell does say Ozil will ‘probably’ sign a new deal that the Sanchez ‘probably’ is not happy with the current situation.

Considering Campbell did used to play for Arsenal we do wonder if he has received some information from the club – but as things stand that is just speculation.

Ozil and Sanchez have yet to reveal what they will decide at the end of the season.

Arsenal could be forced into selling both players if they refuse a new deal or face the prospect of losing them on a free transfer the following season.
