Arsenal lost the North London derby against Tottenham at White Hart Lane today.
The Gunners were defeated 2-0 with goals from Dele Alli and Harry Kane.
Arsenal have now gone six games without beating their London rivals.
Germany international of Turkish origin Mesut Ozil started for the Gunners but has unable to add to his goal or assist tally.
To be fair Ozil’s performance did not go down very well with most Arsenal fans.
We took a look at how fans reacted to his display on Twitter.
Ozil was accused of being a ghost again in a bit game.

@JimmyConrad @CFCKansasCity Seems Ozil is plenty comfortable where he is – getting paid to not show up ? pic.twitter.com/nv42pYgqPd

is there a gulf in class now between Tottenham and Arsenal?
Spurs much the better side. Another tepid effort from Arsenal – and especially Ozil. Top 2 look a class apart from unconvincing rivals.

Will Arsenal be able to keep hold of Ozil this summer? he will have just 12 months remaining on his contract at the end of the current campaign.
Another question worth asking is whether Arsenal will really want to keep hold of Ozil…
If I’m Sanchez/Ozil and I see a future of…
– No Top 4.
– The same manager.
– Spurs being the best team in North London.I’m bouncing. ✌️

@JimmyConrad Based on Ozil’s form he’s MLS bound…

@JimmyConrad Ozil bouncing would be huge boost to Arsenal. Sanchez though, if he leaves all that’s left is garbage

@JimmyConrad Özil is not a big player like Sanchez.. he’s just normal to be honest

Interesting stat.
Ozil and Sanchez have never won a ‘North London Derby’.
