Chelsea transfer news: 26-goal striker Tammy Abraham in the dark over his future, hints at move away

Chelsea youngster Tammy Abraham has revealed that he is still in the dark regarding his future at Stamford Bridge.

The 19-year-old has been in sensational form while on loan at Bristol City this season.

Abraham has attracted the attention of several clubs across Europe including Turkish giants Galatasaray. The Lions are on the lookout for a new striker with Lukas Podolski on his way out this Summer.

The young strike has broken Moussa Dembele’s record for the most goals scored by a teenager in the Championship. According to ESPN, Chelsea are preparing a new contract for Abraham.

However, Abraham has stated that talks are yet to begin and that he is open to returning to Bristol City on loan.

“There’s nothing yet. I’m not too sure but hopefully there will be [a new contract],” Abraham was quoted as saying by SkySports.

“I’ve heard a few bits, this and that, but I’m not too sure what I’m doing yet and I haven’t spoken to Chelsea about next season. I’m focused here before I end up shooting off back to Chelsea.

“Bristol is always going to be in my heart now but I’m not too sure what I’m doing.

“Bristol would be interested in taking me again but it’s a situation if Chelsea want me to come back or want me to go somewhere else to develop in a different way.

“It would be nice to come back to Bristol in the future.”

Abraham will have 24 months remaining on his current deal at the end of the season. The teenage striker has been in sensational form with 26 goals in all competitions this term.

Bristol City take on Birmingham in their last game of the Championship season.
