Turkish newspaper Yeni Safak report that Marco Bielsa will scout Unal personally in his next game.

Per the source, Bielsa who will take over Ligue 1 outfit Lille next season is keen on making Unal his first summer transfer.

The Turkish international has been in great form this season but will not be able to play for City next season due to not having a work permit.

City could file an appeal to the Home Office calling for Unal to be granted special permission to play due to being a player who could contribute to Premier League football.

The Citizens are considering loaning Unal out again next season until he has met the requirements for being granted a work permit.

Unal would currently have to feature in 60 percent of the Turkish national team squad selections over the next two-years.
