Man City hold talks with Euro giants over £25m star, Newcastle United also plotting move
Besiktas have entered talks with Manchester City over the transfer or Eliquim Mangala according to reports in Turkey.
Fanatik claim that the Black Eagles have made City a loan offer for the powerful defender.
The Citizens are reported to have given Besiktas the green light to sign Mangala on a temporary move.

Besiktas are now waiting for the France international to make a decision.
The 26-year-old spent this season on loan at Valencia.
The La Liga outfit will not be able to offer Mangala European competition football unlike Besiktas.
The Black Eagles need just a point from their next game to win the league title and have already book Champions League football next season.
AS Valencia correspondent Conrado Valle recently revealed that City want £25 million [€30m] for Mangala.
Speaking on Turkish sports radio station Radyospor, Valle said: “Mangala earns €9 million per-season, Valencia pay €4.5 million of his salary, there are offers coming in for him but City want €30 million before even entering talks,” Valle said.
“Valencia want him on a permanent deal but have asked for City to lower the asking fee.”
Mangala failed to establish himself at City following a £32 million transfer (BBC) from Porto back in 2014. The France international has two years remaining on his current deal with the Citizens.
Besiktas could face competition from Newcastle United who are reported to be plotting a move for the defender according to the Daily Mail.
Per the source, Newcastle boss Rafa Benitez has held talks with City director of football Txiki Begirstain over a move for Mangala on a permanent deal.
