Bruma now has 11 goals and eight assists in all competitions this season.
The 23-year-old has just over 12 months remaining on his contract and has been digging his heels in over signing an extension.
Bruma’s impressive form has attracted interest from across Europe.
Manchester United sent chief Eastern European region scout to monitor Bruma in person a fortnight ago against Gaziantepspor.
Bundesliga outfit Red Bull Leipzig have also joined the race and made Galatasaray an £8 million [€9 million] offer.
Galatasaray president Dursun Ozbek has however, rejected the bid.
“We want Bruma to stay and have offered him a new five year contract,” Ozbek was quoted as saying by Turkish-Football.
“Leipzig did offer us €9 million but but that is below our valuation, he is worth a lot more.
“At the end of the day it is going to come down to Bruma.”
