Ligue 1 giants Lille have had a £4m bid for Basaksehir wonder-kid Cengiz Under rejected according to beIN Sport Turkey.
beIn Sport pundit Ekrem Eksioglu revealed on the Cafe Spor program that Lille made Basaksehir an offer which was immediately turned down.
Eksioglu also confirmed that Tottenham and Manchester United are plotting a move for the 19-year-old who they have been keeping close tabs on.

The 19-year-old has been closely linked with an exit after an impressive breakthrough season at Basaksehir.
The Istanbul minnows signed Under from Basaksehir last summer and he has gone onto prove himself as one of the transfers of the season.
Under has nine goals and seven assists in all competitions this season.
The Turkish international nicknamed the Turkish Dybala does still have another four-years remaining on his contract.
Under’s agent Omer Koray Uzun is keen on Under leaving the Turkish league but has underlined that they will not rush the decision.
“There is no agreement right now with any club, there are several clubs from England, Germany and France scouting Under but no deal,” Uzun was quoted as saying by Turkish-Football.
“We are waiting for the right moment but Cengiz will play in Europe and his club want the same for him.”
The rising star is part of an exciting crop of players such as Enes Unal and Emre Mor being tipped as the next golden generation in Turkish football.
Twenty-year old Unal was signed by Villarreal from Manchester City on a £12 million deal yesterday.
Mor meanwhile was snapped up by Borrusia Dortmund last summer.
