Fenerbahce have made the Colombian international a transfer priority and he would become the Istanbul giants first transfer of the season.
The 28-year-old has played second fiddle in the Premier League for Petr Cech but was first choice in the Champions League and started in the FA Cup final against Chelsea.
Like the Gunners, Fenerbahce will compete in the Europa League next season after finishing the season outside the top-two.
Ospina kept four clean sheets and conceded 22 times in 14 appearances for the Gunners in all competitions this season.
The Colombian keeper does have another two-years remaining on his current contract.
