Arsenal ace David Ospina is currently on international duty with Colombia and is expected to return to London before heading off to Istanbul to undergo his Fenerbahce medical on June 17.
The 28-year-old is expected to put pen-to-paper on a four-year deal.
Ospina would become the first Arsenal player to be sold this summer if the deal does go ahead as planned.
The experienced keeper made just 14 appearances for the Gunners in all competitions this season.
Ospina was however, first choice in cup games – including Champions League – and started in the Gunners FA Cup final victory over Chelsea at Wembley.
The Colombian keeper will be joining fellow South American players Fernandao and Josef de Souza at Fenerbahce.
The Yellow Canaries finished the league in third place and will compete in the Europa League were they could end up facing Arsenal.
