Watch: 19-year-old Premier League target Cengiz Under scores 2nd goal for Turkey in 2nd start
Manchester United and Tottenham target Cengiz Under scored his second international goal in his second start for Turkey yesterday against Kosovo.
Turkish-Football reported yesterday that United, Spurs and Freiburg are all interested in Under and based on his form this season it is not difficult to see why.
The Basaksehir forward netted late in the first-half to regain the lead for Turkey in the key World Cup qualification Group I clash played at the Loro Borici stadium in Kosovo.
Turkey went onto win the game 4-1 and move into 3rd place, just two points behind Iceland and Croatia who are tied at the top of the table on 13 points.

Under enjoyed a meteoric rise from the Turkish second tier at Altinordu to going on a title race with Basaksehir and reaching the Turkish Cup final this season.
The rising star scored nine times and provided seven assists in the league this season. His international record has been just as impressive scoring in both of his starts for Turkey – against Moldova and now Kosovo.
