Ligue 1 Lille outfit send officials to hold talks with wonder-kid Cengiz Under targeted by Tottenham

Basaksehir wonder-kid Cengiz Under has attracted widespread interest from across Europe after an impressive breakthrough season.

Lille have already been linked with Under in the past but Fotomac are reporting that the Ligue 1 outfit will send club officials to hold talks with the wonder-kid.

Per the source, Lille have made Basaksehir an offer and will hold talks with the Super Lig runner-up in Istanbul.

Lille could face competition from Manchester United, Tottenham and Freiburg who have been closely linked with the youngster.

Turkish-Football recently reported that both Premier League sides and Freiburg have expressed a keen interest in the Basaksehir ace.

The report states that Basaksehir value their star man as being with £13 million.

Under wrapped up his debut season in the Turkish top-tier with nine goals and seven assists.

The 19-year-old played a starring role in Basaksehir finishing the season as runners-up and reaching the Turkish Cup final.

The rising star has also established himself as regular call-up for the Turkish national side.

Under scored in the 4-1 victory over Kosovo in the World Cup qualification Group I on Sunday.

The young forward has now scored in both games which he has started for Turkey – against Moldova and Kosovo.
