Talks with Arsenal have grounded to a halt over a disagreement regarding his transfer fee.
The North London based outfit are reported to have increased their asking price.
Fenerbahce do not want to pay over €3.5 million for the Colombian international.
Unless a compromise is reached the deal faces the possibility of collapsing.
Ospina does have another two-years remaining on his current contract with Arsenal but has grown frustrated with his lack of playing time in the Premier League.
The experienced keeper has made just 24 Premier League appearances since joining the Gunners from Nice.
Ospina recently returned from international duty, starting in the 2-2 draw against Spain and the 4-0 victory over Cameroon.
