The news will come as a transfer boost to Manchester United and Tottenham who have been closely linked with Under.
Turkish-Football have reported both clubs as monitoring the 19-year-old who has been nicknamed Turkish Dybala.
Saral did confirm interest in Under but underlined that their priority is to keep him on at the club next season.
“As I have said before our priority is to keep Cengiz here for at least another season,” he added.
“Last season was a pivotal moment in Cengiz’s career, he is a first team star for us and Turkey as a result of being here.
“There is a lot of interest but we really want him to stay.”
The 19-year-old is one of the most highly rated talents in Turkish football.
Under scored nine times, while providing seven assists for his club this season and has established himself as a regular call-up to the Turkish national team as well – scoring a goal in each of his two starts.
