‘It’s a situation we have to see’ – Agent reveals £22m Man United target has yet to decide on future despite reports of transfer deal
Anderson Talisca has been closely linked with Manchester United ever since his comments on Jose Mourinho in a recent interview with Globoesporte.
“That is a question I can not give an answer to just yet,” Talisca was quoted as saying when asked about United interest.
“I cannot deny there is interest but what happens next depends on Benfica and my representatives.
“There will be news on this soon.
“Look every player dreams of playing under him [Jose Mourinho].
“Mourinho wants me, he has wanted me for a long time and I am an admirer of his work.
“I had a good season so we will see what happens.”

Turkish sports newspaper AMK went one step further and claimed that United have actually struck a deal with Talisca.
The 23-year-old’s agent Jesse Carvalho dismissed claims that his client has agreed terms with the Red Devils.
“I have no idea where that came from,” Carvalho told Portuguese newspaper Record.
Besiktas fans hoping Talisca will stay on loan next season will not be able to breathe a sigh of relief just yet however, as Carvalho also underlined that a decision has not been made on his future.
“It’s a situation we have to see – to be consulted,” Carvalho added.
The Turkish league champions signed Talisca on a two-year loan deal from Benfica but he does have a £22 million release clause which remains active.
Talisca scored 17 times and provided six assists in all competitions for Besiktas this season.
The Brazilian attacking midfielder was one of the players of the season and the Istanbul giants are keen on keeping him on for at least another season.
Besiktas club official Metin Albayrak remains confident that they will be able to keep him at the club despite the United link.
“Well every players dreams of playing in the Premier League or La Liga but Talisca has another year with us,” Albayrak was quoted as saying by Turkish-Football.
“We have to be informed of any transfers, it cannot go ahead without us at the table, we have not been informed of a Man United deal.”
