Manchester City official were locked in four-hours of negotiations with Basaksehir over Cengiz Under today.
The talks took place in Istanbul however, a deal has yet to be reached.

The Istanbul giants are unwilling to budge on their €10 million valuation.
Under has another four-years remaining on his current deal and his club believe his price will continue to rise next season.
City could end up facing competition from rivals Manchester United.
The Red Devils have also been keeping tabs on the 19-year-old according to Basaksehir head coach Abdullah Avci.
Avci told TRT Spor: “Yes, it’s true there is some interest for Cengiz. It’s normal that the clubs like Tottenham and United are showing interest for him because the kid is a good footballer.”
The 19-year-old was signed for just €700,000 from Altinordu last summer.
The rising star went from total obscurity to a household name in Turkey within the span of a season.
The Istanbul minnows are of the view that another season of first-team football in the league, Champions League and at international level will result in his price tag rocketing.
The 2016-17 runners-up would be open to selling Under to City if their valuation is met and if they agree to loan him back to the club next season.
Under would be unable to play in England next season due to not having a work permit.
City would have to apply to the FA for a permit based on the youngster being an ‘exceptional talent’.
