The Italian giants officially completed the transfer today. Under signed a five-year contract and joined for a €13.4 million fee which could rise by an additional €1.5 million with bonuses – a record fee for a Turkish international leaving the Super Lig.
“I’m delighted to be here and very excited about meeting the fans,” Cengiz said. “My aim is to earn myself a regular starting berth as quickly as possible.”
Under has been given the No 17 shirt and is expected to join his new teammates who are on tour in the US.
