The Lens transfer will be hugely controversial considering he was a Fenerbahce fan favourite during his loan stint at the club last season.
Besiktas have however, managed to convince Lens into joining his former rivals.
The Black Eagles are able to promise Lens Champions League group stage football next season.
Lens will join fellow summer signings Alvaro Negredo and Pepe once he completes his move.
