Liverpool news: Contract rebel provides first assist of season during disappointing draw
Germany international Emre Can played the full 90 minutes during Liverpool’s 3-3 draw with Watford FC.
The Reds were a goal down after just eight minutes when Okaka put Watford ahead 1-0. Can set up Sadio Mane for the equaliser midway though the first half.
The Germany international flicked the ball around the Watford defence into Mane’s path for a beautifully worked goal.
Watford went into the break 2-1 .ahead after Doucoure got on the end of a cross into the box.
Jurgen Klopp must have had words with his team at half time as Liverpool looked a completely different outfit in the second half.

The Reds were 3-2 ahead following goals from Roberto Firmino and Mo Salah.
However, Uruguay international Britos saved a point for the home side with an injury time goal.
Liverpool will need to improve their defence ahead of their trip to Germany next week. The Reds take on Bundesliga side Hoffenheim in the Champions League playoff round on Tuesday.
