“You get the impression that he does not care” – Crystal Palace star insists that £42m Arsenal ace Mesut Ozil is the best player in Premier League
France international midfielder Yohan Cabaye has heaped praise on Arsenal’s star playmaker Mesut Ozil.
The former Newcastle United player believes Ozil is the Premier League’s best player. Cabaye singled out the Germany international’s passing ability as his key strength.

“The strongest player in England, I think? Mesut Ozil. He is really, very strong,” Cabaye told France Football when asked who he thought the strongest player in the league was.
“You get the impression that he does not care, that he is nonchalant, but at one point he will put a pass that nobody has seen.
“He always knows everything before everyone else. That’s what is fabulous about him.”
Cabaye currently plays for Premier League side Crystal Palace. The Eagles suffered a 3-0 defeat at the hands of the newly promoted Huddersfield last weekend.
Ozil generally splits opinion among fans and football pundits. Despite creating six goal-scoring chances against Leicester City last weekend, the 28-year-old was still criticised for not living up to his potential.
The Germany international racked up 14 assist and 12 goals in 44 appearances for Arsenal last season. Ozil joined Arsenal from Real Madrid for £42 million back in 2013 (BBC).
Arsenal take on Stoke City at the Britannia Stadium on Saturday. Kick-off is scheduled for 17:30 (GMT).
