Man City transfer news: Star defender passes medical ahead of proposed move to Euro giants
Manchester City defender Jason Denayer in on the verge of completing a move to Turkish Super League giants Galatasaray.
The Belgium international traveled to Turkey in the early hours of this morning. Denayer was greeted by thousands of Galatasaray fans at the airport despite it being 2am.
Galatasaray confirmed the arrival of Denayer on their official website and social media accounts.

A source from within the club has confirmed to Turkish-Football.com that Denayer has passed his medical and will pen a deal with Galatasaray today.
Denayer will be available for selection when Galatasaray take on Antalyaspor on September 10.
Turkish outlet Sporx have reported that Denayer turned down offers from Brighton, Wolfsburg, Real Betis, Girona, Lavante, Bordeaux and Standard Liege in favour of a move to Galatasaray.
The Belgium international defender hasn’t featured in City boss Pep Guaridola’s plans since the Spanish tactician was appointed as manager.
Denayer made 24 Premier League appearances for Sunderland last season.
