Man United transfer news: Euro giants have agreement-in-principle for Red Devils star

Manchester United midfielder Marouane Fellaini could be on his way to the Turkish Super League next summer.

The 29-year-old has endured mixed fortunes since joining the Red Devils from Everton in a £27.5m deal four years ago.

Turkish-Football can reveal that the Belgium international has an agreement-in-principle with Galatasaray. Meanwhile, Galatasaray’s rivals Fenerbahce have also been in talks with Fellaini.

The Yellow Canaries want to sign the Belgium international from Manchester United in January.

Fellaini’s contract with the Red Devils expires in under 12 months. Galatasaray were interested in signing the United ace earlier this summer however, manager Jose Mourinho put a stop to the move.

“It’s easier for Galatasaray to get me than to get Maroaune [Fellaini], Forget it. He’s too important to me.” Mourinho was quoted as saying by Goal.

Man United have won all three of their Premier League games this season. The Red Devils take on Stoke City this weekend as they look to maintain their winning run.

Fenerbahce meanwhile take on an in-form Istanbul Basaksehir in the Turkish league.
