Arsenal offer out star playmaker to Serie A clubs, amid interest from Man United
Arsenal are preparing to offload their star playmaker Mesut Ozil in January.
We recently reported that Arsenal had given up hopes of extending Ozil’s contract with the club. The 28-year-old has under ten months remaining on his current deal and could end up leaving the Gunners for free next summer.
According to Calcio Mercato, Arsenal have offered Ozil out to Serie A clubs. The report comes shortly after the Sunday Mirror Sport stated that Ozil is keen on a move to Manchester United.

Per the source, Ozil wants to play under manager Jose Mourinho. The pair worked together at Real Madrid where they won the La Liga together.
The 28-year-old started Monday night’s 2-0 win on the bench and came on late in the second half. Ozil has been struggling in recent weeks with a knee injury and is a doubt going into this weeks clash with Bate Borisov.
Ozil joined Arsenal from Real Madrid for £42 million back in September 2013 on transfer deadline day.
