Liverpool team news: Klopp given boost as star man makes squad
Liverpool take on Newcastle United at St James Park hoping to build upon last weeks victory over Leicester City in the Premier League.
Reds boss Jurgen Klopp welcomes back Sadio Mane after serving his suspension.
Klopp will be without Adam Lallana and Clyne who are injured.
Central midfielder of Turkish origin Emre Can is available and has made the provisional squad however, it remains to be seen whether Klopp will give him a starting role after a disappointing display in the Champions League mid-week.
Philippe Coutinho has made the squad but he has started the Reds last four games, if he starts against the Magpies he will have played five games in 15 days.
Newcastle meanwhile are unbeaten in their last four games.
Rising star Dan Barlaser has not been included in the provisional line-up for the second week running.
The midfielder of Turkish origin was included in the provisional squad earlier on in the season but has yet to make a Premier League appearance this season.
