Man City v Napoli – Confirmed
Manchester City will be looking to extend their winning streak to 10 in all competitions against Napoli in the Champions League Match Day 3 clash at the Etihad tonight.
City have been in great form and are coming off the back of a 7-2 thrashing over Stoke City on Saturday.
The Citizens have won their last nine matches, scoring 34 times while only letting in four.
City head into the Napoli game as Group F leaders with six points from their first two games.
Napoli meanwhile have also been in great form and are currently first in Serie A with a 100 percent win record.
The visitors ended up beating Roma 1-0 on the road in their last league game.
Guardiola will however, be without injured pair Vincent Kompany and Benjamin Mendy.
Sergio Aguero meanwhile made the bench for Saturday’s welcome of Stoke and is expected to make the match day squad.
Aguero has managed to make the bench against Napoli.
The Argentina international was included in Saturday’s squad despite being involved in a car accident last week.
Midfielder of Turkish origin Ilkay Gundogan will have to continue waiting for his first Champions League start of the season as he also starts on the bench.
