Liverpool v Maribor – Confirmed lineups – Klopp missing three key names ahead of crucial clash
Liverpool face Slovenian giants Maribor in the UEFA Champions League Match Day 4 clash at Anfield tonight.
The Premier League outfit come into the clash in high spirits following their comfortable 3-0 win over Huddersfield on Saturday.
Jurgen Klopp’s side also defeated Maribor by a 7-0 scoreline a fortnight ago in Slovenia.
Star midfielder Emre Can has returned to Klopp’s starting eleven tonight after being dropped over the weekend.
The 23-year-old’s future at the Merseyside based club is still cast in doubt.
Can has under 12 months remaining on his contract with Liverpool and could end up leaving the club for free next summer.
Klopp is without Philipe Coutinho tonight due to injury as well as Sadio Mane and Adam Lallana.
Karius will start in goal as he has done this campaign in the Champions League.
Former Arsenal man Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain meanwhile gets a rare start.
