Liverpool team news: Jurgen Klopp facing injury worry over star duo ahead of West Ham clash

Liverpool take on an out-of-form West Ham United this weekend as they look to extend their winning run.

The clash takes places at the London stadium on Saturday while kick-off is scheduled for 17:30 (GMT).

Jurgen Klopp’s side come into the game in high spirits following back-to-back victories over Huddersfield and Maribor.

West Ham meanwhile have lost back-to-back games in the Premier League and find themselves in 16th place.

Klopp is facing multiple injury problems ahead of the weekend fixture. Philippe Coutinho – who has missed the Reds last two games – is a major doubt while Sadio Mane is also unlikely to feature due to injury.

Meanwhile, Dejan Lovren and Adam Lallana are also injury doubts coming into Saturday’s clash.

Germany international Emre Can is expected to retain his place in the starting eleven despite failing to pen a new deal with Liverpool.

The 23-year-old has under eight months remaining on his contract with the Merseyside based club.
