Tottenham target refuses to comment on reported €10m offer
Tottenham were reported to have made an offer for Besiktas star Tolgay Arslan in the Turkish media.
Fotomac claim that Spurs made a €10 million offer for the midfielder but that Besiktas are demanding €12 million.
Arslan has refused to comment on the reported offer.
The 27-year-old made it clear that his priority right now is Besiktas and that he has no comment on his valuation.

“Leaving is not on my mind, I am focused on winning the league,” Arslan was quoted as saying by Turkish-Football.
“I did not tell anyone I want to leave so I am not going to comment on how much I am now worth or my transfer fee.”
