Club that Mourinho said had more chance of signing him than Man United star attempt to sign same player again
Galatasaray have entered the race to sign Manchester United midfielder Marouane Fellaini according to the Sun.
Per the source, the Lions are read to offer Fellaini a lucrative deal to make the switch to Istanbul.
Fellaini is a free agent at the end of the season and recently made the headlines after rejecting a new contract to extend his stay at United.
Red Devils boss Jose Mourinho is however, keen to keep Fellaini at the club.
Galatasaray would however, be able to enter direct talks with the Belgium international in January.
The Istanbul giants are reported to be preparing an attractive offer for the 29-year-old who was closely linked with a Galatasaray move last summer.

Mourinho moved quickly to reject the Lions approach, famously stating that they had more chance of signing him than Fellaini.
“It’s easier for Galatasaray to get me than to get Maroaune,” Mourinho was quoted as saying by Goal.
“Forget it. He’s too important to me.”
There will be little the United head coach can do this time around if Galatasaray enter talks with Fellaini.
Despite being keen on the midfielder, Mourinho has only given Fellaini three Premier League starts this season.
Galatasaray are currently first in the Super Lig, three points clear of second placed Basaksehir who they face on Saturday.
