Euro giants want Man United star on a free transfer, not prepared to offer £8 million in January but could face Arsenal competition
Manchester United midfielder Marouane Fellaini has been closely linked with an exit from Old Trafford.
Several clubs have been linked with the Belgium international who has under 12 months remaining on his contract.
The strongest indication that Fellaini could be on the move followed reports that he rejected a contract extension offer from United.
Besiktas are among the clubs that are reported to be keen on Fellaini.

The Daily Mirror claimed that the Black Eagles stuck an £8 million deal with United to sign the player in January.
Sources close to Besiktas have however, revealed to Turkish-Football that an £8 million offer was not made.
Additionally the Istanbul giants do not want to pay a transfer fee for Fellaini.
The Eagles are keen on striking a pre-contract deal in January to sign Fellaini at the end of the season for free.
Besiktas have already held talks with Fellaini’s representatives in France, England and Turkey.
The next round of negotiations is set to take place over the next week.
Besiktas are prepared to offer a long-term deal to Fellaini on wages similar to what he is currently on.
The 29-year-old would be cup tied in the Champions League if he were to join in January and Besiktas have not made signing an additional midfielder over the winter break a priority.
Besiktas could face competition from Arsenal who are reported to have entered the race for Fellaini according to the Express.
