€15m West Ham star made Turkish giants transfer priority
Fenerbahce have made West Ham star Marko Arnautovic a transfer priority according to the Fanatik newspaper.
Per the source, Yellow Canaries manager Aykut Kocaman has made signing new attacking players a key transfer policy.
Arnautovic has been targeted and initial talks are underway with his representatives.
An official bid has yet to be launched.
The report claims that the Hammers value Arnautovic as being worth €15 million but the Istanbul giants are not prepared to match his valuation.

Fenerbahce want a lower fee or a loan deal for the Switzerland international.
The 28-year-old forward still has another five-years remaining on his current contract.
The powerful forward joined the East London based outfit on a big money move from Stoke City over the summer.
Arnautovic has however, struggled for form this season failing to score or provide an assist in nine Premier League games.
Fenerbahce are currently sixth in the Super Lig table, nine points behind leaders and rivals Galatasaray.
