West Ham v Arsenal confirmed lineups – £46.5m summer signing dropped by Arsene Wenger
West Ham United host their London rivals Arsenal FC tonight as they look to record back-to-back wins.
The Hammers shocked reigning Premier League champions Chelsea over the weekend with a 1-0 victory. David Moyes’ side will escape the relegation zone if they manage to defeat the Gunners.
Tonight’s clash takes place at the London stadium while kick-off is scheduled for 19:45 (GMT).
Arsenal meanwhile will be looking to return to winning ways. Arsene Wenger’s side suffered a 3-1 defeat against Man United a fortnight ago and were held to a 1-1 draw on Sunday by Southampton.
29-year-old playmaker Mesut Ozil has retained his place in Wenger’s starting eleven. Meanwhile, £46.5 million record summer signing Alexandre Lacazette has been dropped to the bench.
France international Olivier Giroud has been given his first Premier League start of the season.
