Liverpool squad to face Swansea City revealed, club captain set to miss Boxing Day clash

Liverpool take on Swansea City in the Premier League for their Boxing Day fixture tonight.

The clash will take place at Anfield while kick-off has been scheduled for 17:30 (GMT).

Jurgen Klopp’s side will be looking to return to winning ways after being held to a draw with Arsenal on Friday. Liverpool blew a 2-0 lead on the night in a game with ended 3-3.

Germany international Emre Can started for the Reds on Friday and provided the assist for Liverpool’s third goal.

The 23-year-old has been included in the Liverpool squad which will take on Swansea City tonight.

Meanwhile, club captain Jordan Henderson is sidelined for the Premier League clash with the Swans. The 27-year-old suffered a hamstring injury during his side’s clash with Arsenal.
