(Photo) Arsenal reveal reason behind Mesut Ozil omission against West Brom

Germany international Mesut Ozil was a surprise omission from Arsene Wenger’s starting lineup which will take on West Brom today.

The 29-year-old is in impressive form of late but misses out today due to an injury.

Arsenal released a tweet on their official Twitter account stating that Ozil has picked up a slight knee injury.

Nigeria international Alex Iwobi has been moved into the starting lineup in place of the injured Ozil. Arsenal can move up into fifth spot with a win tonight.
