£27m Everton Striker Wants Wembley Debut Against Tottenham
Everton completed the transfer of Cenk Tosun on a £27 million move from Besiktas on Saturday.
Tosun signed a four-and-a-half year deal with the Toffees but failed to register with the federation in time for the FA Cup Third Round clash against Liverpool.
The Turkey international could only watch from the stands as the Reds beat their rivals 2-1 at the Anfield stadium.
The 26-year-old hopes to make his debut next Saturday in the Premier League against Tottenham.
Tosun would be in for a memorable debut at the Wembley Stadium if he does get a chance against Spurs.
The star striker revealed that he is ‘very excited’ to make his debut that he will be available for the Tottenham clash.

“I want to play as soon as possible,” Tosun said in his first interview with Everton.
“The Tottenham game will be the first game I am available for and I’m very excited about it already.”
Tosun will be the first Turkish international player to feature in the Premier League this season.
The star striker will however, join Emre Can, Ilkay Gundogan and Mesut Ozil as the fourth Germany born ethnic Turk.
Tosun left Besiktas having scored 14 goals and three assists in all competitions this campaign.
