Man Utd boss Jose Mourinho makes request two transfers – Arsenal’s Mesut Ozil included
Manchester United boss has asked club chiefs to sign two signings which will bolster the squad ahead of the 2018-19 season.
According to the Spanish outlet Don Balon, the Portuguese tactician has set his sights on both Arsenal playmaker Mesut Ozil and Monaco’s Fabinho.
The Portuguese tactician worked with both players during his spell at La Liga giants Real Madrid.
The report goes onto state that the duo would only cost Manchester United £45 million – which could be considered a bargain in the current transfer market.
Meanwhile, Arsenal superstar Alexis Sanchez is also reported to be closing on a move to Old Trafford.
The news will come as a huge disappointment to Arsenal fans who watched Robin van Persie make the move to bitter rivals Man United back in 2012.
Arsene Wenger’s side suffered a 2-1 defeat over the weekend. Man United meanwhile can reduce Man City’s lead to 12 points if they can defeat Stoke City tonight.
