BBC football journalist Garth Crooks has revealed his Premier League Team of the Week.
Playmaker of Turkish origin Mesut Ozil put on yet another display this weekend.
Ozil pulled off arguably the assist of the week, perhaps of the month, showing almost telepathic understanding with his teammates to setup Alexandre Lacazette.

This is how Crooks described Ozil’s performance: “The goal of the game came from Alexandre Lacazette but was set up by the only world-class player left in Arsenal’s ranks – Ozil. The move leading up to the goal was beautiful, matched by the only player on the field with the artistry to take the score to the point of embarrassment for Palace.”
The Gunners did not end up missing Alexis Sanchez all that much as they crushed Crystal Palace 4-1.

Ozil has won the Arsenal Player of the Month award for the November and December, perhaps he could make it three in a row for January.
The 29-year-old has four goals and six assists in 19 appearances for the Gunners in all competitions this season.
Sanchez parted ways with the North London based outfit this season.
Ozil meanwhile could also leave in January as he has under six-months remaining on his contract.
The 2014 World Cup winner will be a free agent unless the Gunners reach a new agreement with Ozil.
