Manchester City drew their third away game in a row this weekend.
Burnley held the Citizens to a goalless draw at Turf Moor, the result saw rivals Manchester United close the gap with the league leaders to 13 points.
Midfielder of Turkish origin Ilkay Gundogan started for City putting on a decent display.
Gundogan was pretty active on his Instagram account after the game but did not even mention the result.
Instead the 27-year-old has been sharing motivational quotes culminating in a bizarre photograph in his swimming shorts alongside the following caption: “Progress is a combination of the willingness to train and the ability to pause.”
What he intended to convey is up for interpretation. Is the Manchester weather getting to him? does he want a holiday? is he dreaming of the summer? What do you think.
