Crystal Palace have taken to social media to heap praises on their January signing Erdal Rakip.

The Sweden international of Turkish decent made his debut for the Crystal Palace U23 against Charlton U23. Rakip scored on his debut and is available for the first team this weekend.

Following the 21-year-old’s goal Crystal Palace uploaded a photo of their star midfielder along with the caption, “Erdal the goalscorer!”

Rakip made the move to Crystal Palace from Benfica on loan until the end of the season.
