Arsenal Expected XI Against Tottenham – Wenger Receives Major Boost Ahead Of North London Derby

Arsenal take on Tottenham in the North London Derby at Wembley Stadium in the Premier League on Saturday.

The Gunners will have to overcome a poor away record if they are to topple their rivals.

The North London based outfit have not beat a top-five side in their last 15 games on the road.

Arsenal are however, unbeaten in their last nine games at Wembley.

Arsene Wenger was handed a major boost heading into the clash after Petr Cech is now expected to be passed fit and make the starting line-up.

Cech was an injury doubt as was Nacho Montreal due to illness but he has also recovered and is likely to start.

Danny Welbeck is back in the contention after recovering from a hip injury but is almost certain not to start.

The attack is expected to be comprised of Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang upfront with Mesut Ozil and Henrikh Mkhitaryan also getting the nod.

The playmaker of Turkish origin has returned from a short break to Istanbul last week and is match fit.

Alexandre Lacazette could be benched again meaning we will have to wait a bit longer to see the LMAO in action.

Aaron Ramsey is in contention to start after his brilliant display against Everton last week, becoming the 20th Arsenal player to score a hat-trick.

Arsenal Expected XI: Cech, Bellerin, Mustafi, Koscielny, Monreal, Xhaka, Wilshere, Ramsey, Ozil, Mkhitaryan, Aubameyang
