Brighton striker Leo Ulloa has revealed that Arsenal star Mesut Ozil helped spur his former team Leicester City onto lift the 2015/16 Premier League title.
The powerful striker stated that Ozil’s celebratory post-game Instagram photo; after the North London based outfit beat the Foxes 2-1 at the Emirates helped provide added motivation.
Ozil uploaded a dressing room photo, labelling himself and his teammates the “best team” in the league.

Ulloa told FourFourTwo: “After the match, there was this photograph on Instagram of the Arsenal players celebrating in the dressing room and holding up two fingers.
“It made us all laugh. They were two points below us, and in the end… well, I think they ended up a little further behind than that in the table.
“We had this picture stuck up in the dressing room as a nice reminder of what they were all thinking about us. We would also share these pictures through Whatsapp… I can say they helped us keep focused and concentrated.”
Ullua helped his former side make history becoming the sixth different club to win the Premier League title.
Ozil has yet to lift the Premier League title since joining Arsenal from Real Madrid in 2013.
The 29-year-old has however, won three FA Cup titles and does have a La Liga trophy under his belt as well as the 2014 World Cup.
The playmaker does not have a realistic chance of winning the Premier League this season, even a top-four spot looks unlikely.
The Gunners could book a place in the Champions League if they win the Europa League this season.
Arsenal will take on Ostersund in the Round of 32 tonight, Ozil is available for the game.
