Manchester City’s dreams of a historic quadruple went down in flames last night following a shock defeat in the FA Cup.
Pep Guardiola’s side were heavy favourites going into the Cup clash at the DW stadium with many pundits predicting a head defeat for the home side.
However, City were down to ten men shortly before the break when Fabian Delph was shown red for a dangerous tackle.
Despite dominating vast swaths of possession with ten-men Man City were unable to find the break-through. The Citizens were caught with a sucker-punch when Will Grigg capitalised on an error by Kyle Walker to put his side ahead.

Star playmaker Ilkay Gundogan played the full 90 minutes and played an instrumental role in City dominating possession despite being down to ten men.
The Germany international also got himself into several promising positions but was unable to find the back of the net.
City are back in action this weekend when they take on Arsenal in the Carabao Cup final on Sunday.
