Liverpool v Newcastle – Confirmed lineups – Klopp fields attacking starting XI

Liverpool will be looking to record their third Premier League victory in a row when they host Newcastle United at Anfield tonight.

The Reds come into tonight’s clash in hot form following big wins over FC Porto and West Ham United.

Newcastle United meanwhile have also improved in recent weeks, elevating themselves up to 15th spot in the league. Rafa Benitez’s side are unbeaten in their last four games.

Jurgen Klopp knows a win against the Magpies will allow the Reds to leapfrog Manchester United into second place.

Liverpool are unbeaten at Anfield in the Premier League this season but have been held to six draws. Meanwhile, Newcastle have suffered just three defeats away from home.

Reds legend Mark Lawrenson believes his former side will register a comfortable win over the Magpies.
