Brighton v Arsenal – Probable lineups – Star playmaker set to start

Mesut Ozil

Arsenal will be desperate to return to winning ways when they take on Brighton today.

The Premier League encounter takes place at the Falmer Stadium while kick-off is scheduled for 13:30 (GMT).

Arsene Wenger and his side find themselves under intense pressure following their back to back defeats at the hands of Man City.

The Citizens won both games by a comfortable 3-0 scoreline leaving Arsenal’s hopes of a top-four finish in tatters.

Star playmaker Mesut Ozil is available for selection tonight. The 29-year-old cut a dejected figure following the final whistle on Thursday night.

Brighton meanwhile come into today’s clash in high spirits following their convincing 4-1 win over fellow relegation battlers Swansea City last weekend.

Chris Hughton’s side are unbeaten in their last five games.
