Tolgay Arslan – ‘I often arrive an hour before training’ [divider]
Beşiktaş midfielder Tolgay Arslan revealed that he often arrives an hour before training starts to get extra practice.
“3-4 times a week I arrive at training an hour early to get some extra practice in and develop areas of my game,” Arslan told Fanatik.

The 24-year-old scored the winning goal against Liverpool in the Europa League Round of 32 second-leg to take the game into extra time.
Arslan also converted his spot kick in the penalty shoot out. Beşiktaş eventually beat the Reds 5-4 on penalties to progress to the Last 16.
The German born midfielder is eligible to represent both his country of birth and Turkey at international level.
Arslan is of Turkish heritage and plays under a domestic status in Turkey.
The 24-year-old has yet to secure a regular first team place but has made four appearances for his new side since joining from HSV over the winter transfer window.
