Fenerbahce got back in the title race on Sunday, putting an end to a two-game losing streak after beating Malatyaspor 2-0 at the Yeni Malatya Stadium.
Neustaedter opened the scoring on 34 minutes before Giuliano scored a last-gasp goal to avoid any chance of an upset.
Yet again the goalscorers were not strikers.
Fenerbahce have struggled to get their forwards firing this season and have not been helped by Vincent Janssen being sidelined with injury since December.
The Tottenham loanee missed his 16th successive game in all competitions for the Yellow Canaries.
Janssen has returned to light training after recovering from his toe injury but he has been ruled out of the Intercontinental Derby against Galatasaray next week.
The derby clash could prove a pivotal point in Fenerbahce’s season.
The Canaries are currently six points behind Galatasaray, a defeat would effectively rule them out of the title race.
