West Brom & West Ham Face Competition For ‘The New Busquets’ From Spanish Giants Who Step Up Transfer Efforts

West Brom and West Ham have been closely linked with Trabzonspor star Okay Yokuslu.

Turkish-Football spoke to the players representative who confirmed interest in his player from the Premier League duo as well as clubs from Spain, Italy and Germany.

Yokuslu is keen on a move abroad and is considering his options.

Spanish publication AS, recently reported that Sevilla are keen on the Turkey international as a replacement for Steven Nzonzi who is expected to leave this summer.

Yokuslu has been in impressive form for Trabzonspor this season and AS has dubbed the 23-year-old as the new ‘the new Busquets.’ 

Trabzonspor want at least €8 million for their star midfielder.

Turkish-Football can confirm that Sevilla have made an enquiry to Yokuslu’s representatives but that no deal has been reached.

The powerful midfielder is currently statistically the fourth highest ranked player in the Super Lig according to Whoscored.

Yokuslu scored in the 3-1 win over Goztepe on Monday.

The central midfielder put on a stellar display, making more tackles (6) than any other player, he also made the joint highest number of interceptions (4), and made four clearances.
