One team missing from the report was however, Liverpool.

Turkish-Football have reported the Reds scouting Talisca throughout the season so it was a surprise to see them missing from the transfer rumors.

Well it turns out Portuguese newspaper O Jogo now claim that Liverpool and Monaco are both interested in the Brazil international.

Besiktas could end up derailing other clubs attempts to sign the powerful attacking midfielder as they have a buyout clause fee worth in the region of €20m.

Talisca is into his second year on loan at Besiktas and has excelled at the club playing a key role in his loan side lifting the league title last season.

The 23-year-old has 16 goals and four assists to his name in all competitions this season.

The 1.91m tall star netted four times in the Champions League group stage and has earned himself a call-up to the Brazil national team.

The Besiktas ace could find himself join the Selecao in Russia for the 2018 World Cup this summer.

Talisca is set to feature for Brazil against Russia on 23 March followed by a clash against Germany on 27 March.
