Per the source, the Reds along with Monaco are interested in the Brazil international.
Turkish-Football have reported Liverpool sending scouts to keep tabs on Talisca throughout the season.
The Reds were also linked with the 24-year-old last campaign.
Talisca is into his second year on loan at Besiktas.

The Black Eagles have already shelled out €4 million on loan fees and would be able to activate his buyout clause if they find another €21 million.
